§8 — Refunds and right of withdrawal
8.1 Our policy: full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, on request at support@voltpilotpower.com or through Paddle's channel. We do not require a reason.
8.2 Statutory rights are preserved, and they prevail over the item above:
- Québec and other jurisdictions: the non-waivable rights provided by local consumer protection law apply in full;
- European Union: 14 days of withdrawal for consumers, subject to the statutory reservation applicable to digital content delivered immediately with express consent and informed waiver;
- Brazil (CDC, art. 49): an online purchase gives the consumer 7 days to withdraw, counted from the contract or from receipt, with full and immediate return of the amounts paid, monetarily adjusted.
8.3 A refund of a renewal already charged follows the same window as §8.1, counted from the renewal date.
8.4 We may refuse a refund in case of proven fraud, abuse of the policy (repeated purchase-and-refund requests) or breach of the EULA. A refusal is always given in writing with reasons.
8.5 The refund is operated by Paddle, to the same payment method, within the issuer's timeframes.
8.6 A full refund revokes the licence — access to the Software ceases. Your project files remain yours and remain on your device (EULA §8.4).
